From in-house HR to building Argentina's premier talent firm
Before founding Recruit In Tech, I spent years as a Head of Talent Acquisition inside fast-moving tech companies, owning the full hiring funnel from sourcing and assessment to onboarding and people strategy. That hands-on experience gave me an unusually clear view of what global hiring actually requires: deep market knowledge, cultural fluency, and an honest relationship with both clients and candidates.
Argentina kept coming up as an underserved opportunity. The talent was exceptional. The value was undeniable. But the infrastructure for international companies to access it, compliantly, efficiently, at scale, was fragmented. So I built it.
